On the last day of the 2012 campaign, Vice President Joe Biden & Dr. Jill Biden held a grassroots rally in Richmond, VA. Long time Obama-Biden supporter John Mellencamp performed to a crowd of 1,200 on Monday, November 5, 2012. This grassroots rally was held at Historic Tredegar Works in Richmond, VA. Sen. Mark Warner and former Govenor Tim Kaine also spoke at this rally.
