Capturing colorful landscapes is like exploring the earth’s beauty. I’ve not travel around the world but I have found beauty in a variety of scenes, like the mud in the James River flooding or the smallest flower in the Wetlands of the James River Park System.
I was always the kid in high school with that old box shaped brownie camera and disposable point and shoot Kodak cameras. Once I retired from Verizon I purchased my first DLSR and the learning began. My involvement with local political groups resulted in currently credentialed as White House media. Also during that time I was commissioned to capture images of the James River Park System for VCU Health Systems.
Currently I am a freelance photographer for the Richmond Free Press in Richmond, Virginia. When I’m not freelancing I’m out capturing colorful landscapes and events.
